Along with standards

The Pressure-seal Gate Valve design adheres to ASME B 16.34

◎ By using ultra-high pressure valve prototypes for internal High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) Gas Tests, the design was effectively validated

On an 8" Class 600 Pressure-seal Gate Valve appropriate for Main Stream Isolation Valve (MSIV) duty in nuclear power reactors, a successful Flow Interruption Test was performed at Areva, Germany

Fugitive Emissions - In compliance with ISO 15848-1, the 14" Class 2500 Pressure-seal Gate Valve has undergone successful testing for endurance Class CO2 and tightness Class BH. The test pressures are 431 bar at room temperature and 289 bar at 400 degree Celsius

It also has CE marking and meets the requirements of Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, Annexure III, Module H.

◎ Used in the oil and gas industry, pressure-seal gate valves (up to Class 2500) are certified to ISO 15848-1 Class BH

Ensures compliance with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC for category 2 non-electrical equipment

SIL. 3 Safety Integrity Levels for Automated Valves.

◎ Pressure-seal Gate valves satisfactorily tested to the Shell Design Validation Test Procedure 77/300 and observed by Shell Inspectors.

Qualities that Increase Value

◎ Intermediate class valves save ownership costs overall

◎ In order to improve seal and maintain sealing integrity at greater working pressures, the Pressure-Seal mechanism makes use of line pressure

◎ To guarantee constant hot hardness, use a thicker (3 mm) hard-facing

◎ Disc guides are hard-faced for extended life

◎ Deviation of hard-faced surfaces from F91/C12A valves due to a customised deposition technique

◎ Live bonnet bolt loading for F91/C12A valves

◎ For pressure ratings more than Class 2500 in power applications, a unique high purity graphite packing (seven rings) is offered.

◎ In the F91/C12A construction, all valves have live loading of gland and bonnet bolts.

Adaptable Solutions

◎ Cast and forged steels, as well as unusual metallurgies, are available for a variety of applications

◎ Based on the customer's requirements, a bypass solution was created for overpressure protection

◎ Accessories: Heat dissipation bonnets, dashpot arrangement, limit switches, extension spindles, and position indicator
